Having the ability to just drop her a message to ask questions was brilliant, and the weekly check-ins kept me accountable! Even when life got in the way of training, Amy was super positive and helped me get back on track- something I definitely wouldn’t have been able to do otherwise!

For me, the hardest part of a healthy lifestyle is making healthy food choices and this is where Amy’s meal plan was great! Her plan covers a broad spectrum of tastes, which is hard to find might I add – so it’s great for all. Each recipe has helpful tips that add variety and makes things more personal and specific to each person. This also creates a deeper connection with you, making it way easier to stick to. From a young age, I always had an interest in fitness, but never took it too seriously. 6 years ago, I decided to change my mindset and make fitness and training a pivotal focus within my lifestyle.
